I think most people also weren't really realizing that this was a bone stock LNF bottom end (stock rods, pistons, balance shafts, everything stock) and got caught in comparing it to the built LSJ that ZZP was testing the failure point of their girdle and H-beam rods. Obviously there is a big difference between the 2 bottom ends at that point.

reading fail..
Where is this coming from? There are people running more than 625 whp on stock LSJs?
This bottom end is completely stock. Stock block(no girdle), stock crank, stock rods, stock pistons. It has ZZP S2 cams and ZZP valvesprings. The turbo setup is our normal LNF upgrade kit with a S259 extended tip turbo. The fuel system mods include our modified fuel pump cam lobes and our extra injector kit, as well as an in-tank pump upgrade. It is running on E85 from the local Mobil station.

I see that the wording could make that confusing. I said, "I wasn't running the secondary fuel rail" meaning that this setup does not have 4 additional injectors with one in each intake runner. Then i stated that it has our "extra injector kit" meaning that there is one additional injector. This setup does not require removal of the intake and it costs at least $500 less than the port fuel setup.

I took this motor apart yesterday. Here are a few more pics-
Notice that rods 1, 3, and 4 don't look bent much if at all. They looked worse on the previous engine that made about 100 less HP. I have a couple theories as to how this could be.
