I had the same problem with my PTE 5457rb turbo. the car would close the throttle plate. I set the dal tables up to match how the turbo was spooling (which looks way diff. than the stock dal tables). it was in the 100 % area until about 4k when the turbo really started coming on then I ramped the dals up like the turbo was spooling and BAM no more under/over boost. (did 410whp at 20psi at 6300rpm) It took a lot of time on the dyno but I know why your dyno's were started so late in the rpm range.... anyway good luck and can wait to see the final results!!!

ZZP, this is great stuff!
But I have some questions... You upgraded the turbine wheel correct? Is that similar to the BTF Compressor Wheel Upgrade, and what makes it different? Is yours better? Because I'm looking about going that route really soon, so I was just wondering. Thank-you!

I can only say so much about it but the simple fact is ALOT of people bought the PRO version under the impression we are going to get more tables and they would keep the I4 LNF up-to-date like we were promised. I even tried to convince them to steal Vince at trifecta away with an offer he couldn't refuse but I guess they are just too damned stuck up to look to other programmers and developers to crack/unlock more tables and think the LNF market is a dieing breed with all the new big V8 platforms ..
The SRT-4 Guys have found a way to modify the stock ECU with a Mitsubishi re-flash so HPT isn't really all that important to them. V8's are a dieing breed also I wish they would just get over the v8 obsession. I understand these are some really hard obsticles to overcome and it doesn't happen over night but I like many others payed for a program that was supposed to be constantly updated to a certain point. In actuallity many people could have reached these numbers with custom turbo setups with more tables. Mad props to ZZP.
- Good work ZZP. Taxes 2010 can you say 500 WHP .

Out of curiosity, if the ECM is shutting down have you considered the Stage 1 sensors might help out with this? Throttle has got to be closing as a result of the ECM either thinking there is way too much air flow with the tune, or the sensors are outright failing to report proper numbers (or a failure) as you reach the 24/25PSI threshold (if I recall the article correctly) of the stock sensors?
Excellent numbers and great work!! Nice to see a couple companies taking the LNF seriously and not simply shrugging it off as a "limited DI platform". I've said it before, the LNF is still in its infancy (as are DI motors in mass production if you really think about it) and need only be put in the right hands to properly explore its potential.

under the assumption that the overboost/underboost codes are shut off, or set way out of bounds. did you tweak the optimum torque table way off scale from the stock ones? i remember someone else on here having a similar issue in the upper rpm range with the tb shutting them down due to this table.

We opened the cutout and made a few more dyno pulls today and surpassed our 500whp goal.
The highest power we made was 507sae/525std at 25.5psi. At this level, we are battling a lot of misfire issues, which I plan to look into pretty soon.
I'll get some dyno charts up tomorrow.
That was the plan. They got a bit of a head-start, but we will be tearing it up next year.

don't worry matt, when you get the kit out, someone will complain about how it looks, lol
n/m it putting down 100whp more than the competition and has the e.t.s to back it up... it looks bad, lol
