Do you have any way to check for a code? If so, check that and let me know what you find. Email me at stattama@aol.com. If there are no codes, unhook the battery for a half hour and try the relearn again. Try to start the car each time you turn the key on. Wait 10 minutes, turn key off for 5 seconds and try to start it again. It should start on the 4th try. Everyone that reported that it wasn't working eventually got it to work, so it has to be something in the process.

Hope you get it to work, I've been considering this mod for months, but never pulled the trigger.

Take a drive to ZZP, I hear the Blue Ridge Parkway is awesome this time of year

But seriously, it sucks that it doesn't work. are you sure you're following all the steps in the right order? Does the security light come on after each 10 minute wait or just the first time?

If the light doesn't even come on after the very first start attempt, it could be that the relearn is already done. Once I got mine to work, it was (and still is) a little temperamental. Sometimes nothing happens when I turn the key and it takes a second or even third try, but it alway starts eventually. Have you tried that??

I'd say you may have a defective PCM, if I were you I'd call ZZP and return the PCM and get a new one.

Or

Ask them to help you with the relearn

*side note*

V8This I think I saw you on 36 and Wadsworth, I was visiting my friend and I saw a Black SS with black wheels get on 36 headed towards flat irons mall

did you do what matt said to do..... if not do so... Check for a code if possible. if your car has the clutch peddle switch code your car wont turn over because of it bein g in limp mode. do the battery if so.

all the normal lights come up when i turn the ignition on

the security light DOES NOT light up

and yes i did what matt told me to do on point

the thing is there is no light, so i just turned it off every 10 minutes, gonna try it again in 30 min or so to see if it will go.

as for the codes, i have no clue how to do that

and when i put the stock pcm back in, starts first try without a hickup...

oh and ive tried calling zzp, always get an answer machine, left 2 messages within the last couple of days...and an email

security light doesnt come on at all when i turn on the car

What kind of phone do you own? Reason why I ask is because you should record yourself and post it on youtube then post the link here of what you are doing. That way we can help you out with visuals.

Just a suggestion

You didn't check for codes and you didn't send an email to the address that I gave you in this thread. Zoom got the message, asked me about it and I told him not to worry about it because I gave you my contact info in this thread.

Put your stock pcm in and drive to autozone or advanced auto then switch to your zzp pcm and ask the cashier to scan your car for codes or if you have an interceptor installed in your car you can tell that quick

You SHOULD be excited. I just put in my ZZP PCM today (I only use it occasionally) and it's always amazing. Don't know if you have GMS1, if you don't you'll **** your pants, lol. But even compared to GMS1 this has so much more torque, If I'm not gentle on the throttle I'm constantly spinning tires in second gear and chirp occasionally in third!
I'm sorry, i didn't mean to make you more frustrated, just think about how it'll all have been worth it once you finally get it to work!!

I hate it when things happen this way, I'm thankful when it does but damn the road it took to get there especially without explination.

You'll have to tell me how it works.

Also do you have GMS1 Sensors

That's great news man, perseverance paid off!
Now find a stretch of open road and start saving up for new tires
