1 Question And Idle Soulution!!
When You guys get your car tuned what gear do they normally run it in. Because when i got my car tuned they were doing 5th gear pulls??
Also to solve your Hunting for idle put your car in open loop on your tuner for idle. Solved my problem and quite a few of others according to my tuner.

im not a tuner but i would double slap ur "tooner" lmfao
think about it, on a drag strip most of us lsjs only get to 3rd gear with stock size tires and gear ratio. so y tune in 5th gear. its for cruzing..

My tuner said it's best to do dyno tuning in 6th gear. i didn't even know these cars had 6 gears!
UPDATE: i just called my tuner. apparently 6th gear is reverse.. so a correction to my last post.. my tuner said it's better to dyno tune your car in reverse. He said i can do 75mph in reverse!
