2.2 cams in a lsj

okay i have a complete 2.2 engine in my garage for parts on my turbo swap. my question is has anyone put the 2.2 cams in a 2.0 lsj to see if they gain anything. i know srt4 guys swap out cams from the 2.2 engines in normal neons and pick up decent power just wondering if ours would do the same? also how much is the complete ported supercharger setup with zzp hub 2 pulleys intake heat exchangers and intercooler pump worth to sell out?

your better off getting the adjustable cam gears. the 2.2 cams are mostly the same specs, just at different timings

Not a direct swap.

And if you could do it, the best way to see if it would be worth it would be to get the specs (lift/overlap, etc) of each cam and compare..

cam gears do seem like the way to go. but if you have some time there are rumors of a company making specific cams for the lsj sc cars. maybe someone with more info will jump in

Cam gears can do some nice things with out stock cams.

2.2 OR the 2.4 cams DO NOT fit the 2.0 lsj.
