Question 3.25" pulley

This may sound silly but, I am really cinsidering a 3.25" pully . I remember going to car shows and seeing old hotrods with big ass sc's mounted on them and when stared, at idol, you could hearthe sc whining. Will using a smaller pulley give me this effect? Also my biggest concern as well is if I get a 3.25" pulley i know the computer do not need to be reset but is there any harm I could do with going with that size pulley???

Try posting in here: South Florida Pulley

They might miss this thread, but should be looking in there first. A private message to SFPH should work too.
