Red is power, black is ground, and gray is a signal wire. But you do need a wideband sensor. What type is it? If its a AEM gauge then it should come with 2 wireing harnesses. one to go to the wideband sensor and one for hooking it up to 12v's. From the little bit of info you gave your gauge righ now is usless. Sorry

unless you just want a light show, get a wideband. The AEM will fit just fine.
And I think thats plenty of info. I highly doubt he has a wideband gauge. Im sure he has just a plain old narrowband AF gauge. He just asked if the wideband would work, which it will

He asked where to hook up the wires to? And as of now no where. Needs a wideband sensor. And Depending on which brand of AFR gauge he might need other wiring or maybe not. AEM has two harnesses, Dynojet also has two I belive and a control modual. So a little more info would be helpfull cause if its a AEM I have an extra harness I might be able to get to him.
