Advice Please ASAP: Wiil be buyin this Sunday and have a question about a SS & ION
Hey all:
I have been trying to read as much as I can and try to figure out which one I am going to get.
I have narrowed it down to 2 differant cars.
2006 Black Cobalt SS with 42K miles and like new and stock for $11,800
Or
2007 Saturn ION Redline Red with 27K miles and also like new and stock for $10,000
Can some one please tell me the differance from the SS to the Redline.
I am looking to purchase this Sunday.
Thanks

1-Things will fit through the trunk opening of an ion.
2-Ions have suicide doors, once again things will fit.
3-You dont see Redlines at every stop light
4-Thats a great deal on the readline
5-Thats a horrible price for a balt.
Yes i own a redline and love it. i know i made the right choice for me.

both are wrong wheel drive.
If you have kids, the ion would be the better choice as mentioned above because of the cabin and trunk accessibility. honestly, the redline sounds like the better deal considering miles on the clock. It just depends on what talks to you when you sit in them.

ions also have 17's so that helps with performance, stock vs stock a redline will pull an ss. i just couldnt get over how it looked stock but they look mean with a wing delete and dropped

if it has the recaros i'd get the IRL....if not...I'd still get the IRL. Though i slightly prefer the look of the cobalt.
Does the irl have the competition package? if so...ballin!
