Not sure what the Aeroforce reads. I'll check that tonight, but I'm sure it's the same thing.
Here is an example of the scanning via Hptuners.

The timing advance is only 15 degrees....white line in the very old scan.

Anyone else notice this?

Im running 20 degrees of timing on WOT. I got MOST of 3 degrees of knock when shifting sometimes. There are alot of weird tables in HP that pull/add timing still even when you go into the timing table and change it!

i've never seen the first bit of knock @ 8 degrees and WOT, when i was shifting a time or two just in normal driving in 95 degree temps, it showed a .2-.3 a couple of times.

Alright, I've got a (dumb) question for you guys since I'm a noob and really don't know what kind of readings I should be getting. My question is about the O2 sensor, it's all over the place, anywhere between 10 to 800 at any time in any condition, seemingly random numbers. Shouldn't it read somewhat consistent?

Just installed my gauge friday.
I had the stage 2 installed with the 2.9. I didn't install the Zex plugs until I got home and on the way i was getting no more then 3 degrees knock between shifts. And I had seen the ign timing as high as mid 30's.
I installed the zex plugs and now I get 0 knock anytime in anygear, or even between shifts or decellerating. but i am still seeing all kinds of ign timing advance.
When am I supposed to worry about the number? at WOT, or all the time. It seams Mad High.
HELP.

Hey guys,
just installed mine last night and I was wondering how accurate the hp #'s are? I did a 2nd gear pull and got 303 hp @ 6800. I dont think my car is making that much HP...yet.

Denny so your gauge only says 206hp ? you've done alot more then i havve done on mine and it says 292 hp. i know thats only crank HP . Anyone Know the loss on a FWD car from crank to wheels? I think it was like 10% or 20%.

I have one of the first gauges with the shift light that have the problem. I can tell you, it's related to the weather mostly. Now that it's getting cooler out, my gauge goes on within 2 minutes if not right away. In the summer, when the sun shines on it, it never worked. They told me the gauge can work in 150 degree weather but not mine.

I just went and did another 2nd gear pull and got 321hp w/ 18.2 lbs of boost. Multiply that by .85 and it comes out to 272hp which is very close to what the intense car dynoed at. so I think the 85% rule is fairly accurate.
