All out m62 build update!
Well, thanks again for ZZPs support on this car...
I have another update, we switched the fuel to E85 and the results are 365whp! When we address the fuel delivery demand we will push the car harder, but for now I am stuck with a 2.6 pulley.
These numbers are pretty high considering it really is just a totally stock m62 blower. I was thinking it wouldnt be a bad idea to back these numbers up somewhere else, what does everyone else think?
I would love to get my hands on one of the Helix blowers, anyone know how to get one?

Great numbers, but I would really like to see the torque curve, horsepower, and rpms all together when ZZP prints out their sheets! Which leads me to my next question, what are you revving out to?

E85 takes a big fuel system though, I have our fuel pump rewire and 80# injectors to support this and it is maxed until I upgrade the pump.
We can offer e85 pcms, but I cant guaranty that your fuel system can keep up with the demand. Remember e85 takes about 20-25% more fuel.

I ask because I see you have an 05 in your sig.
I also have an 05 with 79# injectors and zzp pump rewire, zzp boost referenced regulator.
and I am concerned I am going to run out of fuel (I have a gt-30/76 turbo) when I get it all back together in a few months.
have you decided on an upgraded pump? I was thinking of going to a bosch 44

The crappy thing about running E85 is the ridiculous amount of fuel required. We maxed the pump right away, so we raised the voltage to 17.5. Then we maxed the Mototron 80s when we started revving it out. If you look at the dyno chart, you can see it richen up when the injector pulse gets long enough to overlap the opening and closing. Then it starts to lean back out once the injectors are static. Our boost referenced system will be going on next to raise the pressure for a little more room. We will have to turn up the regulator because this car is only running 11.5 psi boost pressure.

Damn, Just as much HP as your last twincharge setup. Very impressive. Very eye opening too. Those numbers are what I'm looking for. Wish I had the piston CR and ported head to support it, specially since an M62 is cheap as hell to get ahold of these days.

IIRC There were less than 15 of them made, as they were really just test beds. I know Eaton bought many of these back from their testers, and i think a couple of members on here still have a set. IDK if they actively post anymore though. The technology used in them has been applied to the TVS series blowers. I think you should slap one of those on and see what you can do. (im sure everyone else on the forums agrees)
