ran out of injector lol, you can see commanded was way rich so this is what lead to it and was just one in a number of flashes thereafter, i think idcs were just below 100 when it was done but this is on a 3.0 and people thinking it's ok to run lower with a gms2 tune are delirious imo. granted you will have more or less inj depending on altitude as in CO you can run a 2.8 and 42's and be fine, but i don't see the point in putting a smaller pulley on if you can't afford a 2-300 dollar tune to make sure it's safe.

05slowline is right. I would never run anything lower then a 3.1" pulley on GMS2 injectors.
I maxed them right at 7k with a custom tune.

Of course the OP already heard the answer he wanted to hear so he is probably going to do it.

42s / 3.07" / Stock GMS2 Tune
Tune is from an 07 ION Redline
PE Fuel Multiplier vs RPM Table
I am not sure what the thought process behind this is...
It takes quite a while for the AFR to drop to a safe level. Before 4562 rpms the AFR was in the mid 12s.
100% IDC at 5841 and the lowest AFR of 10.7.
120% IDC and 11.8 AFR at 6626.
I wanted to rev to 7000 but I saw the lean spike and let off. I have a little more faith in this setup compared to the stock setup. I "think" that I can keep the IDC under 100% all the way to 7k with a custom tune that has the proper AFR. But its going to be close.
It will be really interesting to see what the 2.8" and 2.9" pulley does with these injectors.

I have logs somewhere of my 2.9 with 42s at over 120% duty cycle as well. Depending on your mod level and what you're revving to, I'd be very careful and recommend 60's.

And for what it's worth, I'm running a 2.85" (seems to be an oddball size) on 60s
