I would also suggest the stainless steel cap screws to replace the GM security bolts which can be a royal pain to deal with.

3-jaw pullers may work to get the pulley off, but you will most likely bend/destroy it and you also run the risk of severely marring the threads in the end of the supercharger shaft. Then, after you get the old pulley off, it leaves you with no means to press the new one on.
With the puller/install tool I make, it has the correct threads at the end to thread into the supercharger shaft so it won't mar them. It also supports the complete back side of the pulley for an even pull that won't destroy the pulley. Finally when you're ready to press the new pulley on you just use the threaded shaft, nut, and 2 washers to press the new pulley on.
Instructions are included with it and I'm willing to rent it for 35.00 (you pay to return it), or 42.00 including a postage paid return envelope. What I do is have you pay me for the entire purchase price, then when I receive it back I will reimburse the difference.

EDIT:
Ok talked to a guy at Boost Performance where I live and he told me he would do it for $75.00 I had to take it to him he has never looked at the engine on a ss/sc. I pull in and of course there is a viper , mustang, grand national, corvette in the stalls. So I kinda feel retarded showing up in my little 4 banger. But I open the hood and the 1st thing he said t was thats the cutest charger he has ever seen. He thought it was sooo cool that he waved his partner to show it to him also. Anyway we get to talking about my car and they didnt know about the stage 1 kit being gmpp and under warranty which they thought was cool and started talking about tuning. And said that they would H/p tune it for $350.00 is that pretty fair price? They were pretty excited to want to work on it tho. Mind you there are about 3 ss/sc's in my town that I know of and only 1 guy that has any mods and he moved. So of course these guys have never worked on one. But with all the high dollar cars in there bays I feel pretty comfortable that they could get the job done right.
