I love the replaceable muffler. Very similar to what I did w/ my setup to accomodate my future goals...
I had my fab guy do this:
So I can either run this:

Nice looking exhaust! The ecotecs on the Atom's love to eat exhausts. There are so many reports of blown gaskets, pealed coating, blown flex joints and destroyed mufflers on Atoms. I've seen an Atom muffler that was blown open like a sardine can. These engines just dont like the original 2.25" exhausts. The ones that have gone to 3" have been doing great

Quick run around the block. Getting up to about 10 lbs of boost. Still working on tuning and no dyno time yet.

I got a call from my tuner (who owns a300hp Atom by the way) who said a 14psi road pull scared him enough he had to pull the car over.
Here is what he had to say on the atom forum
"14psi pull. And I admit it.. I lifted early. 6800rpm. It was like watching star wars for the first time, sitting in the cockpit of the Millenium Falcon. No boost... boost is building.. here it comes.. hang on.. ..... ......... lift... breath. "
I dont know what I was thinking making a car with almost twice the HP to weight ratio of a Veyron

End of summer update. I had to move the MAF from the blow through tube to the cold air intake which works much much better even with the BOV to atmosphere.
I left the boost controller and meth injection off and I'm running it at about 15-16 PSI which is giving me 310 WHP I decided to leave it here for a while to take some time to get used to it. It is so crazy fast that that speed it still scares the crap out of me.
When we got the maf moved we did a few in car full throttle second gear pulls behind the dyno shop and yeah... that is about my limit before crapping of the pants occurs.
If I did my math right for power to weight, the 310WHP in my Atom would feel like 600 WHP in a Cobalt. so you can see why I'm slow to push up that boost to 30 lbs and 450 WHP
I have a friend who just completed his super 20G conversion on his Atom He is doing 325 WHP and 280 tq at 22 PSI of boost. He still has some tuning to go but he is pretty much running the same setup as me now. So the Hahn setup is pretty darn reliable.
The Oregon "winter" has set in so not much planned for the rest of the winter except installing these puppies
