If you want that 250 HP to be safe get some cooling mods. And injectors unless your not revving past 6k as stock pulley on stock injectors will maxx the Injector duty cycle past 6.4K so id imagine that your GM Stage 2 pulley is maxxing the injectors past 6K depending on your altitude!

Well, I got 50# with 2.9 pulley and I rev my car all the way to 7000 rpm no problems at all. I rather 50# than 60# due to idling problems only way to stop idling problems is BRFS. Of course GET ALL THE COOLING MODS FIRST THEN PULLEY DOWN YOU GONNA NEED IT! Get Header, Downpipe, and Exhaust then You're good to go. I am gonna get LS4 TB that is the LAST thing I wanna do.

wen i made the change it was night and day difference..
**** here
get a 3" pulley
60s
u should be able to get away with that with out cooling mods on a conservative tune..
the power gain is amazing. You should be right around 250 easily.

As said above. If your going to do it, do it right. Get cooling mods. Other than that the mod list options have been said above. Feel free to ask any more questions you may have. Might want to check out water meth option as well.
What's wrong with 60s? Not hard at all to get to idle. Ls4 tb tho, that's a diff option.

If I were to make a mild build would I need both the dual pass and the heat exchanger? The heat exchanger looks way easier to install.
I was thinking of a build like this:
- ZZP 3" CAI
- BadMab header
- ZZP 3" downpipe
- ZZP 2.5" cat-back
- 2.9" pulley
- 60# injectors
- HPTuners tune for 93 pump gas (no E85 around here)

well the only time i did was with zzps caned tune..i boight hpt did alot of reading..bought a few books and tuned a few cars.
my car made 304/285 on e
i sprayed 150 shot of nos the car spun the tires and lifted the head and blew the hg on the dyno..
put down 508hp
not sure how accurate it was cuz the car spun the tires on the dyno.

Already have the ZZP CAI installed and my parents picked me up a ZZP 3" downpipe from the Black Friday sale for Christmas. Other than the intake and some Pedders springs its bone stock.
