bolt fell into manifold.

so i was in the process of taking the s/c off and it would be my luck one of the bolt guides most likely fell into my intake mani. i tried a "stick magnet" but i think it rolled just a little too far out of its reach. i cannot see it but im 90% sure it fell into the i/m as i was pulling the s/c. any suggestions?

at worst if i have to take the i/m off how much work am i looking at?

I did the same thing when taking off the s/c one day. The best thing to do is get a magnet and tape it to a clothes hanger so you can reach deep into the IM.

start it up, it'll come out the exhaust

Luckily the bolt won't go past the laminova cores so you should be able to get it with a flexible magnet

Take the intake manifold off and get it out. Rumaging through there with a magnet or coathanger could **** up your luminova cores and leaving it in will destroy your engine. Better to be safe than sorry.

I thought I did the same thing but it fell down by the radiator. I just popped the radiator up and it fell out. Before you freak out make sure it didn't fall down there either.
