What pulley do you have on?

I've heard of a few cases where it put the car into limp mode.

Theres really no point to run the bypass mod on a stock pulley. You usually do it so that you can obtain full boost past 6k rpm's with a pulley smaller than stock.

Limp mode is when the motor runs sluggish to protect it's self from being damaged.

Yeah, I was told that you shouldn't do the boost bypass unless you have a smaller pulley installed. Something about how when you reach your max boost at full throttle it will stay there rather than dropping back down to stock boost.
