I dunno. I think he only wants to do these as kits as there is a decent amount of fabwork involved. Better off just buying the kit man, better then mixing and matching ****, plus you know everything will fit. Also the base tune will be a decently safe one from my car once it's dialed in on the dyno

it's running ok, plugs are shot from when it was dumping fuel, pretty much tuned that issue out now, new plugs go in tomorrow and along with the new 3" ic-tb piping, all should be good. If I have the time, I"ll re-install the meth, I'm picking up a few gallons of race gas, and bumping up the boost and the timing to get a good high boost tune for the dyno. Only issue I still forsee is my stock clutch giving up on life, but so far so good
man I am not saying never but just concentrate on a solid tune at first. you should crush any other cobalt now with out meth or NOS. just get it done and show GM how they should have built this car "TURBO".
Please build this sucker up on turbo only for now. and thank you. later.

well the meth is there to help out with some things. 1st thing being octane so I can bump up the timing a little more and don't have to worry really about detonation, plus if you saw my exhaust parts when they came off the car or my exhaust ports on the head.... No carbon what so ever. My plugs have always stayed clean and everything else, so it's definitely going back in. I'll dyno the car in 3 pulls, of course on 3 different tunes. one on 16 psi and decent timing, one on 18 psi and more timing and the 3rd on meth and 21 psi
On a side note, I would not recommend running over 17-18 psi on the stock fuel system I've been seeing some iffy things in my logs at higher rpms. I'm waiting to dial it in more tomorrow first.

Are you also gonna use a 1:1 increasing rate regulator so that fuel press will be a constant value above manifold pressure? To simplify things what about using the EVAP line as a return lol?
