goddamn that dsm **** is weak. lol
Well got the new tb in tonight... logs on the way. scary thing though... hitting 101%idc in second gear... it's running a bit rich though right now, like mid 10's for some reason. Car used to run leaner than commanded by a full point, now it;s richer by a full point. Still trying to figure it out. Looks like I got rid of that big jump in the inj p/w though.

once I figured out exactly what I did, I'll let you know. I was messing with a lot today at one time. I"ll go back through the 6 different tunes I ran today and see which log it cleared up. But yeah seems to have gone away

I see it in the second image but not in the first.

I wish I knew if the pulse width PID it records is the actual or commanded pulse width. I imagine it's commanded but I'm not 100% sure.

Also I notice it seems to do it more in 1st gear for you and second gear in dan's and wes' cars. iono.

yeah same here..
but the 2nd pic was actually the fist run... 1 st pic was the second

also another ugly problem reared it's head today... complete and total disregard for traction at 70mph lol. I think that's why I get spikes at the top of 2nd gear. on a bad note though, hit a bad pothole in the city today and my inner fender is all f'dup and I need to move the piping around cause now my tire contacts it when I hit bump

yeah I was expecting it to lean out, but it didn't... and only difference I have 60lb injectors at max lol. Gonna try and lean it out this weekend after I put some miles on this tune to see how the car adjusts itself to it. seems pretty good. and it definitely sounds different now too.

Damn Paul, you just can't catch a break. I hope my luck is not rubbing off. If so, I'll take one for the team and stop looking at this thread so you can get this all done!

What TB are you using now? A new one or a bigger version?

the bigger one from the 4.2's and 5.3's. actually was easy as hell to install, just cut a new gasket, and bolted in.
As for luck.. this car has given me the least problems out of any other one I've owned.. so little issues are no biggie. Thing hauls some major ass, who cares about an inner fender liner lol

Atta Boy! That's my motto when people tell me the Integra is ugly or whatnot. Then, they won't race it for some reason after they see it in action.

LOL definitely... I try to keep all the work nice and clean... no **** hanging around.
but car is running better and better everyday. only thing now with the new tb it likes to hang the throttle open a bit when I let off the gas. gotta figure out how to get it to close quicker.
Hopefully get some new vids up this weekend. Just may go to the track tomorrow if it's oly gonna rain late in the day. It's corvette challenge day too, nothing better than beating a $45,000+ car at the track in a lowly cobalt.

You might rape a base model vette as long as the Vette driver blows the launch and cant shift. If its a Z06 you're dreamin and if its a blown Z06...well what more can I say..

But hey, sh** does happen and the Balt might just win vs a Vette under weird circumstances...BUT it would still be a Cobalt.

Aight any word on what CA is going to be doing with the kit?

Are they going to be including your final tune in the kit?
