Thanks, Matt says that with the same kinds of weather, I should be able to see 13.2's with just a tune. I was like...WHAT!?! I guess the LS2's respond close to the LSJ's as far as gains through tunes and what not.

well earlier there was a discussion about LNF<LSJ turboed. I may give 2 cents here. you may be right, But I think you could be wrong too. LNF makes Torque 260 torque at 2000 rpm. 240 @ 1700. also geometry is changed on the car for wheel hop and launching improvements. then there is the no lift shift. then there is the GMS2 kit that will allow the car produce 310Torque. no these are all numbers but GM understates things as well. the NEW cobalt could very well be just as fast or faster than an LSJ home turbo project. I would be making bold statements until both cars hit the track side by side. I will personally give it every bit of effort to be faced off with a Turboed LSJ when I can If I get this 08 SS.

there are definately positive aspects to the lnf car, such as real support from hpt. but on the otherhand it will be very difficult for the average guy on this sight to learn how to tune it for mods.

I think I may have done the suburu mod..... doesn't sound that bad, but's it's idling real rough... getting a little oil smell out the exhaust too. **** it, I'll turn the boost down a bit and drive it til it blows.
******* car leaned out hard out of nowhere on the way home, there was a LOUD bang out the exhaust, but she still runs fine, just rough at idle. I dunno, either that, or an injector went. But I'll be doing a few tests on it tomorrow. I guess 24psi was pushing it lol
