Unhappy Cant go WOT

Last night decided to go open header on my cut out. I have a TVS making 320hp tuned by Tune Time. I never had issue with the tune but last night went open header and she started giving me issues. Thought it was the plugs so I swapped them out, problem continued. I can rev slowly up to 7k but the issue is when it goes into boost, it starts breaking up even turns off, and it's scary thought I blew something. I reached out to Matt but he is closed till Monday. Any advice would be great till then. I work on my own car just don't tune myself if it has nothing to do with the tune I can fix myself.

Thanks

I had a simaler problem with my car. I would go WOT and it wouldnt be boosting. Turned out to be my vac lines, going to and from the supercharger. After that it was fine. Then when i would rev up to redline (6,500 stock) and let off, the idle would go all the way down, and the car would shut off. Hasnt done it so far with new vac lines.

Well maybe with less restriction you need tighter gap.

Today I will see if I can find a smoke machine and check for vacuum leaks ! If no leaks then have no choice than to check the tune. By the way forgot to add no codes what so ever.

Thought the cutout was affecting it so I put the plate cover back on, same problem. I just did a vacuum leak test with the smoke machine entire vacuum system. Wasn't the issue. I noticed my car isn't gargling when dragging a gear at high rpm and let off the throttle as it used to. I honestly didn't think it was the tune screwed up but damn I'm thinking twice. When I used to turn on the ac the car idle used to get crazy and it would vibrate as I have solid mounts and this was normal before I started having the wot issue. But now the ac turns on and it's like stock you can't even tell the ac is on. I also noticed today it boosts but has no power what so ever. Tomorrow contacting Matt and I shall go from there.

Weird as hell but today drove the car and tested it out, nothing was wrong. What the hell was it then. Going to clean the map sensor then go see Matt either Friday or next week. So confusing!

bad gas? did you fill up any before you noticed the issue? were you getting low on fuel before you noticed the issue? Whens the last time you replaced the fuel filter? etc.

Biggest mystery in the world ladies and gentleman, I laid off the car for a while and recently got to trouble shooting again. I took it for a drive punched it and she was back to normal, wtf, so i swapped the fuel filter, cleaned the sensor on the intake and poured a bottle of fuel system cleaner in the tank just to play it safe. The car is back to normal and still I have no idea what it was causing the issue. Thanks for the help and the Intel for those who helped.

I keep having a similar issue, go wot and it cuts and stutters. Random times. Usually when I drive long distances. Still have not figured out what it is.

Guys you will never believe this, but I figured this out the other day. Out of nowhere I had rattling in my exhaust, so I went to the shop and chopped the piping. There was a little surprise for me inside. My damn cut out flap somehow got sacked up into the exhaust pipe and every once in a while was clogging the entire exhaust. I could of lost my motor for God sakes it's insane. I was running open header and just figured it fell off on the highway but I was obviously wrong. This is unreal.
