Like I said I've been a v8 guy for a long time. I will just never enjoy the sound of a 4 cylinder w/loud exhaust. That's why if I get exhaust for this car it will be the quietest I can get ahold of. I'm not trying to start a fight or anything, just what's "deep" and "powerful sounding" to someone can mean something completely different to someone else. Borla on my last 95 formula w/no plate, no cat, and headers/y pipe sounded deep and powerful to me. Maybe you guys would think it sounded obnoxious or something. Like I said it's just my opinion so I was throwing it out there. I guess the bottom line is that it's your car do what you want lol.

Yeah, I completely understand...you can't beat the sound of a 350 v8. But I do have to say that the borla ISN'T very loud and to me, it doesn't sound much louder than the stock.

i'm torn btw gmpp touring and performance exhaust. Do they both give the same gains (if any) and how much different would you guys describe the sound?

They DO infact give the same gains!
Just one is I believe louder than 90 db (Sport) and the touring (below 90 db) is the quieter.

Honestly, I think the GMPP Touring is the best buy for the money. The corsa is nice, but its soooo expensive.

And to be for real, if you arent planning on making big power, you dont really need the larger diameter piping either.

GM did a good thing when they released the touring system!

How loud is it tho? I wanna buy it now but i think its gonna be too loud for me. Il probly wait for the quieter DT-S one, but i hope they put it on ebay cheaper like they are doin wit the N2...

Go with the sport, its not that loud, and not that much louder at all than the GMPP touring.

Thats my whole argument, the sport is slightly louder and has a slightly less deep tone to it. Has slightly more cabin noise aswell.... hahaha wanted the deep tone, and is almost identical outside noise level, just less cabin noise. Touring for me, but sport GMPP, great buy asweel (it even almost a 100$ less)
