I don't think it was a mechanical problem. I think it was an installation thing.

Anytime mang! This is by far the nicest shifter. I just like the Hurst name being in a Cobalt.

Damn straight! I learned how to drive stick on a my Dad's 68' Stingray w/ 4 speed Hurst. I would love to have one of those in my car. Definately a quality piece...

I feel ya. I had a hurst in my 86' monte carlo SS. Great shifter.

I might have to ask for the Hurst for Christmas.

not yet, I never accidentally go into reverse so not worried, plus the damn thing is soo nice!

I tried the cable adjustment, no help, plus I went over the install, everything is done to an **** "T" lol
