First let me say I love the Psi-Fi kit money well spent.

My kit has been working great for three or four weeks I have had it, no codes no problems. But over the last week or so it has cooled off in the morning here a couple of days in St. Louis.

When it is cool in the morning I am getting a High IAT voltage code that goes away when it warms up in the afternoon. I checked the tan Wire, pin 51(Iat signal I beleive) looks fine and IAT is in good shape so I am thinking maybe an issue with cold weather and PSi-Fi tune. Temps in the morning have been mid to high 40's when this has happened.

Anybody else with kit have this issue with similar conditions, or anybody at Psi-FI have an insight into what is going on?

Also My car is completely stock besides kit no aftermarket filter or anything like that.

I've been running my cobalt with the kit for about one and a half week no problem.
hasnt got very cold here in S.C. yet.

I have run into problems actually tapping into the TPS singal 1 as well.

I would check your wiring and check with PSI-FI sounds like something they would like to hear about.

Still working out bugs, not ready for prime time yet. I live in Montgumery County.

I havent had any problems with the kit.... but our lows are still in the 70s
I would check your solder connection and make sure its good... Give Psi Fi a call and see what they have to say...
