Chris's Turbo Build thread!
I might as well post this up lol seeing as i plan on getting this done by the end of the month hopefully.. very excited to see how this turns out. anybody else who has done a hahn stage 5 conversion, do you guys have any tips or anything that will help me? as for parts n stuff, im going to be running a synpse BOV and external wastegate, i have an hk electronic boost controller thanks!

How exactly r u going to use the external wastefate? Hahn manifold is set up for internal, u gunna mod it? Why to with Hahn if you were gunna mess with it, u could if give with the zzp kit

He's wanting to run external wastegate, he got a kit made for internal. He will have to weld the flapper in the turbo shut, and mod the manifold and and downpipe...Hahn is good if your gunna run it as is. That 20g turbo is to big IMO I recall it being a 10cm2 turbine housing, a 8cm2 would of been better for a 2.0...

No modding to down pipe since it's going to be an external dump. Only have to weld one flange to the exhaust manifold.
