Were these only tested on SS/SC's? This summer I am in the market for header/dp combo to finish up my exhaust setup, and i know that the CA header had issues with the 2.2 and wasnt sure if this was an issue with this as well, definetely want to find a quality peice that will bolt up with little effort, thanks and header looks awesome, keep up the good work!

I will try and Get Dan to get some pic's of the first header section today, and pricing. We do not have any second sections yet as we are waiting for converters to show up, but you will be able to see it more clearly out of the engine bay.
Again thanks to Tony for posting how it looks in the engine bay and how it fits

sorry to bring up an old thread, but I just found it (i use the search button). I have some questions, what size are the primaries? is there any welding required? also, would like to see some pics not installed

As for performance numbers Tony did not have a base run to compare to and also stated he needs additional tuning for his set up, which he will do when he returns from his tour of duty.
I'm bugging him every day He has a lot of catching up to do when his computer went down.

perfect, just what Im looking for, i was looking at the vibrant, but I didnt like the 1 3/4 primaries, im really looking for down low torque.
aja342- have you had any cel's? can you notice a difference in down low torque, say below 3500 rpm?
TCASON- would it be possible to get one made with a 2 1/4 collector? whats the price?
sorry for all the questions, but Im in the market for a header and this is the only one thats close to what Im looking for
oh yeah, one other big question, do you ship to canada?

We are using an all SS high flow metal matrix converter. The whole header ends in the factory position ( 2-1/2" outlet ) where any cat back system will hook up to.
Shipping to Canada is fine
A 2-1/4" outlet may be possible, you will have to talk to Dan on that one.
You can place an order anytime. We are just waiting for more converters to show up

Ours ends in the same location that the factory exhaust does, behind the factory converter. This is where all the different cat-back systems hook up at.

Just get those pics up ASAP. I had a set of CIA headers on my 99 3.8 firebird and they were/are the best made headers I have seen for that car, I can only expect these are going to be the same great quality and fitment.

No CEL with the Headers....I had one befor the headers with the 2.85 pully (MAF Over voltage) None after the relearn peroid. The car feels snappier and does rev a bit smother and they look killer. I am going to see if they will make me a cat-free when I pick up a new downpipe (I kept the stock parts and am regretting not just going witht the full system) when I get back.
