Clutch pedal stiff after hard acceleration

After a spirited run, my clutch pedal gets very stiff with almost no play. If I drive normally after that the clutch pedal returns to how it feels normally. No problems shifting, its like it has no vacuum or something? Could it be a leak? Anyone know what I am referring to?

I'm having the same issue with my car. Everytime I floor it, it goes stiff(with zero Travel) and makes me miss the next shift, if I am speed shifting!

If i get on it real hard from 1st to 2nd i get it. Its happened a bunch of times since i went up in mods.

On a side note the ZZP 3inch CAI over the Injen is nuts. Adding the Meth,WOTBox,Gauges and retune this sun. Then dyno day on the 5th. Gonna Take a vid today impressive power up top with this intake and spinning the tires up top in 2nd is kind of interesting.

you either have air in the system or the throw out bearing is bad

I had the same exact problem along with another local member. It is the throwout bearing. I drove around like that for a year and raced too. Just had to pump the clutch several times by the third wot gear change.

There are numerous threads about this issue. Make sure you get the lnf tob as it is stronger/better made. If you replace the tob you should install a new clutch if you have high miles as you are pulling the trans anyways.
