**** vendor bashing at it's best.
I use them for everything, no issues.
and for their stage kits... check out www.youtube.com and search under black06g85 to see what they can do.

I used them to get my GM stage 2 kit and plugs. They said they would give me money to make up the difference between their price and crateenginedepot.com (I think it was) and I never got that refund. But the stuff showed up quick and in great condition.

The only thing I ordered from them was the Column pod and I was one of the 1st to order it. Shipped fast and I didn't have any problems. I got every other part from TTR (stg 2 from ced)

Ordered once from them, no notification that i had to wait for aeroforce to build my gauge, or warning for that matter, but once i emailed them, they got back to me... pretty good, hey could just be a little clearer about their wait times.

Ordered a catless downpipe, it was improperly packaged, damaged in transit because of it and the bolts shipped with it were worthless. Quick to take my money but not to ship my product. Wait time was almost a full week and a 1/2. I am unsure if I want to order from them again... They never told when I can expect it until AFTER it was already delivered , I can look in my crystal ball and tell you the same thing.

Been trying to email them now for 2 months. Still no respond so I took my bussn. else where. TTR, Crate Engine Depot, and a few others are very good vendors. It does seem like CA is hit or miss and it has been awhile since I have heard anything from them on this site. Don't even see them post anything latly so I don't know.

LOL people's expectations of shipping times are hilarious. people are counting weekend days as ship days. FYI--only factor in business days.
I got my pulley and spark plugs from CA in 7 BUSINESS DAYS. That = NOT BAD AT ALL.
Some people are like, "I ordered it on Friday and it took until the TUESDAY after to get here, do you believe that!? I will never do business with them again! I was like waitinggg and waitinnnnggg..." LIKE ZOMG! No **** that's 7 business days, or 10 days total, OR a week and a half!! Yay math!

there is no such thing as a shipping day. they count as business days. i worked with them for 9 years prior to my job now which i use both all the time.

i agree, some people have some unreasonable expectations. i don't think that a week and a half is a long time at all to wait for something. being upset about that is rediculous. but placing an order, and not being told something is out of stock and having to wait 2 months with zero communications, that's bad business, i don't care what the reasoning is.

i have worked in this industry for about 8 years now. i know the ins and outs. i deal with bitchy customers on a daily basis. the customers i deal with daily, are the people you talk too. jobber accounts {shops} and various other forms. there is a much bigger picture to this than people realize. if you don't recieve a part, most likely the person they ordered it from either A. didn't call them to let them know about the shipping delay. B. the maker of the part itself didn't ship it, or it got shipped wrong. {this happens a lot} or the jobber is putting stuff on hold to save some money on shipping, or to get a better deal.
you're only seeing one side of this, when in reality it is a three sided deal. well four if you count the end user.

you.
i have been the person buying parts from people. i have been the person behind the counter, i have been the person making the parts.
also, communication plays a huge role in customer satisfaction. hence why tnt is no longer a vender here. i have literally thousands of stories of customers in all aspects of this being happy, or unhappy. if someone things this is easy. go open a shop.
