Crankcase Breather?????

Crankcase Breather?????
Had my car at the dealership for the dipsitck popping out. Told the service writer about the TSB for this. The tech said that the stage 2 kit w/ the exhaust and cai is causing over boosting. Oh and they didn't say anything about 2.9" pulley. But he said I need a crankcase breather filter. Fine whatever if this is the case. But the tech was gone when I got there so I had them get another tech who had no idea. Please help explain, show where it needs to go and what size opening on the filter we need. I do happen to have a K&N breather filter laying around from another car that I never used.
Thank you all in advance.

Get The dealer to replace the Lower manifold Gasket. I've done a few now ,it cures the crankcase pressure problem. The last one ,the lower manifold had a puddle of oil in it.
There is an updated gasket from Gm.
If you still want to do a breather there is a tube on the back of the valve cover passenger side the needs to get vented to the atmosphere.

Yeah, that's what I have read and and found out that is the problem. But the tech and the service writer didn't read or find the TSB report I am assuming. Anyways what would do and how would one vent this tube if the dealership won't replace the gasket.
Thanks
Do you have a part number for the new gasket??
