Disappointed on the Dyno
Go ahead and say it, with out a good tune it's worthless. The guy tuning it was clueless on hptuners.I guess I'm going to have to drive somewhere to find an expert to tune my car.
243hp 240 tq
I'm sure there is a crap ton wrong wrong w/ my tune. I couldn't get stfts to drop, they just stayed at -50.
How do I upload a tune?

looks like you were running stupid rich up top did i see 8.0 afr? I told you it would not get that high on a mustang dyno though. Go to someone who knows what there doing and then re dyno you should probably get 260

from what i can tell, the a/f curve (line) in the first graph means nothing, the 2nd graph is the a/f ratio from the pull on the first graph.
looking at that a/f curve, id drive the thing nice till you get a tune, looks like it hit almost 13:1 at 5500rpm, that gonna melt some pistons.

i know what you have man. A thing a few people are forgetting though is the car was dyno'd on a mustang dyno though 260 is alot. To many people base a lot off dyno numbers take it to the track once its retuned and see what kind of e.t and trap its running that will let you know where you stand. I have seen people dyno 230's on 2.5 pullied cars with every bolt on, i think the 2.8 pulley is holding you back and the tune.

^^^ I don't think it waws an actual mustang dyno. It was a superflow dyno. If the guy would have just installed my widebandlike I asked him to I could have just copy and pasted afr error. But he didn't, I'm just gonna have to start from scratch again because that tune is worthless. I guess I'm going to have to save my money for a month and drive to Intense.

Engine:
Ported head- Similar flow #'s to that of Drag cobalts
Cams- Crower regrind Intake 264 deg lift .417 /Exhaust 260 deg lift .408
Larger valves- Ferrea +1mm
Custom forged 10:1 Comp. ratio pistons- Diamond w/ both coatings
Custom forged rods- Eagle
Head studs- Eagle
Head Gasket- Cometic
Valve cover- 12 an outlet to reduce positive crank case pressure
Oil catch can
Ported blower
Pulley size-???
Injectors- Siemens 60#/hr
Water/meth-installed but not hooked up
Spark plugs- Ngk bkr7e gap .040
Intake-K'N CAI
Exhaust- 4-2-1 header, Magnaflow 2.5" catback
Coolant- Dual pass w/ resevoir, Cobra HE and stck HE
Drivetrain:
Clutch- Spec stage 3+
Flywheel- Fidanza light weight
Engine mounts- Turbo tech solid, Intense poly inserts
Control arm Bushings- Intense poly
damn, that sucks. like wannabe said though, go to the track and run it. you'll probably be pleasantly suprised when you run a 13.2 or something.

Guys, honestly the tune is ****. I'm going to start from scratch and tune myself then take it an expert for WOT. Those #'s in now way reflect the car's poential. I was lean at 4000 rpm's so obviously I'm not going to make any power like that. It will be a little while longer, but cross your fingers for me. I need all the help I can get!

LMFAO!!!! Peak power at 5500-6500 FTW!?!?
It all depends on the amount of boost and heat. I fractured a piston (cast pistons break instead of melt) running an 11.7-11.8 AFR.... on 19 lbs of boost

I did the same thing at 22lbs, but mine definitely looked melted. I don't want to push more than 16 or 17 lbs of boost because of the compression ratio.

has nothing to do with the amount of boost.
its what you were using to create that amount of boost.
an m62 eaton making 20psi or more, you might as well bolt in an oxy torch to your intake manifold.
