ZZP makes one. With and without a cat. I heard a catless downpipe the other day. Didn't sound all too bad, which was stoping me from getting it. You could smell a difference if you paid attention, but that was it. I plan on getting one next week.
I guess the cat is pretty high flowing, but it's also the biggest robber of flow in your exhaust. So by removing the cat you'll see the biggest improvement in power

I'm running the Catless DP from ZZP. Easy to install, and sounds nice (except for the whistle it makes) But you will throw a CEL.... unless you get your #2 o2 disabled.

I'm just going to not worry about exhaust from here on, I'm just going to get the quick time electric cut-out and throw it in before the cat. Then I can have nice sounding exhaust for the street and straight exhaust at the track. Plus when the time comes for emmissions I won't have to worry about it.

They have downpipes that delete the catalytic converter available for sale for turbocharged applications because for them, the less backpressure created, the easier and faster the turbine spins. Too less of backpressure on a supercharged application can be a negative effect...because they know this, this is why they don't offer header setups that "delete" the catalytic converter.

They USUALLY don't make headers like that because of backpressure reasons. Too less of backpressure can effect your overall PSI #s.
Just a note that my friend just shared with me...
GMs Cobalt Cup Car that runs 18 PSI went from a 3" exhaust to a 2 1/2" exhaust...just something to think about.
