ZZP is the only way to go! Best bang for your buck. But Rebel Auto Workx to me makes one of the best and highest quality pieces out there.

How do you know when the downpipe blows? Is the exhaust really loud?

My flex pipe fell apart and it was covered under warranty. Started as an intermediate problem then went to a full blown leak.

Find a different dealership. I see you are down in Orlando, and I don't know about any of them down there, but if you can come up to Daytona go to Jon Hall chevy and they should take care of you. Good customer service there...

Of course, this is the perfect opurtunity to upgrade, so I'd go with the ZZP 2.5 if youve got the money.

Or you can put the XTC down pipe on as well. I got mine for a deal and pretty happy with it so far. Definatly feel a difference now with GMPP honed mani and the GMMP sport cat back with the down pipe hooked up.

Downpipe broke on my 2.4 as well. I guess at one point the flex pipe is what was still holding it together. Downshifted one night and blew a whole in the side of the flex section.

My cat is rattling bad now, and I figured I might as well upgrade since it is probably better and easier then getting warranty on the stock downpipe. My question is, since I have a Magnaflow bolt on exhaust, if I get the ZZP downpipe will it be louder then it currently is, or no?

Sounds good! I had the resonator section replaced on my Magnaflow catback on Friday by Midas, and they checked out the rest of the exhaust and showed me that the cat is rattling and needs to be replaced.
