ive yet to see any proof that the pipe of an intake has caused any CEL.
Plenty of proof of bad installation, or oiled filters giving cels though.
Im seriously considering picking one of these up, as I already have an AEM dropin that would fit nicely on the end.

i love it how when a product comes out, everyone is like no dont buy it and etc. but technically it has to work or u can easily send it back. those people are just the jealous ones who spent there worthless $200 on just a bent pipe and filter. i would never spend that much on a intake. i customized mine from a civic intake which i got free from my buddy who worked at a junkyard and it was on the car. then purchased a really good filter for like $40. sometimes buying things without an AEM or INJEN logo on it will be damn near half the cost. shows how much their ripping you guys off on their products.
i hope this intake works and proves everyone wrong on who told you not to buy it.

No instructions. All the necessary parts though. I plan on following the write up for the injen intake since it is pretty much an exact replica.

I agree for the most part.
But when it comes to a filter im gonna have to draw the line.
I think you get what you pay for with that. and considering the best filters are only $40, is it really worth taking the risk considering thats the most important part of any intake system?
Id rather pay $40 and have the proven quality of AEM or whatever brand, than pay $25 and get something that may be cheaper just because they use cheaper materials....

I don't have pics right now but it looks like all the other ones you see.I took it on the highway a couple of times and did some runs up to 100mph with no problems. You guys are right about the SC wine after installing a intake,it sounds awesome!Anomalous is right about the filter though it looks the the filters they sell at autozone,i think it's from spectre.I'm going to order the aem filter but for now i'm stuck with their filter.
