Eed help Loki g for fuse

So long story short I need to find the fuse that is designated co my lights inside the cluster/hvac/door switches I think it's just the interior light fuse but not sure. I know we don't have an electrical thread section so pardon me for this if it's in the wrong area

there is 2 fuse panels one under the hood one on the right side of the console towards the front

if the cobalt is anything like my saturn was, i blew the parking light fuse which blew my cluster and hvac lights aswell as the parking lights on the rear of the car.

it was under the dash
