Fun in the Snow

Hey guys so i live in Canada and we have alot of snow here so i was wondering if it is bad to pull the e-brake around corners and slide through the corners. Is it really bad for the e-brake and the tires or is it okay to do once and a while? let me know

Thanks

Sounds like someone wants to be from the Fast and the Furious! : From what little I know about this, it would be okay once in awhile, buuuut I wouldn't suggest doing it! Haha.

as long as you're in very slick conditions i don't think its bad for anything, unless you spin your car into something... in which case its bad for the car and whatever you hit. but it shouldn't do any damage in icey conditions, as far as i can tell. but i wouldn't go doing it on dry or wet pavement.

my car has a bit of oversteer in it already and the back end likes to step out on occasion when i'm on ice.
do your self a favour and get your jollies out by tray drifting.

if you don't know what that is, go to mcdonnalds, steal a few trays, put them under your back tires and pull you e brake so the wheels don't spin. your back end will now have 0 grip and you can go nuts in an empty parking lot!
