The Stage Three kit includes a two-pass intercooler endplate and recommends a second surge tank to mediate heat build-up. If we were to go to an even smaller pulley, we’d be getting into heat generation that would require things like an exhaust ported head and an ice box."

Thats why we offer a variety of cooling mods, meth, dual pass h/e, dual pass endplates

I explain to every customer the benefits and drawbacks to everything out there as most of the products we sell have all been tested on my personal car

Was this on the 100octane tune ? Yes

I'm planning on heading back to see if in fact the header, catless DP and Fidanza Flywheel does provide gains. Stay tuned.

Just to clarify a little further . 274hp or whp on the GM Stage 3 setup with option B the GM honed headerand 100octane setting and NO Dry shot at the time? The reason why I ask is as you can see my mods are pretty identical to yours(minus the suspension mods I have compared to you ). I have never had a dyno run and I plan on getting the GMPP clutch this summer. But this would be a great idea for what numbers I would be at right now .

Thanks

274 WHP and 306WTQ on the 50 Dry Shot, on a dynapack dyno. This is roughly ~315 Crank HP, multiplying it by 15%. So it seems to be producing what GM claims, 310 Crank HP. But of course different dynos produce different numbers. I'd say it's fairly close to where it should be. The biggest increase was Torque, it produce all 306 at 3500rpms and slowly decrea

No option B just the dual end plate.

I think our mods are different. I have a 76mm (2.99") pulley, stock intake with a k&n filter only, stock spark plugs, Stock downpipe. I think the only thing we have the same is the GMPP performance exhaust. So you might have a little more HP (without the 50 shot). I replaced my clutch with another factory clutch. The factory one lasted 33k miles. When we removed the clutch, it wasn't even worned out. It looked just like the new one. The pressure plate however, was roasted.

I'm going to re dyno with a catless DP and the Fidanza Flywheel. When I dynoed the first time, it had everyting in my sig except for those 2.

I hope this helps!
