^ either full cooling mods (dual pass, new HE, optB/stu mod) and meth, or if you lacking one of the above, compensate by running a more conservative tune

if you get this done tomorrow, I'll be able to tune.
Truth. I'm going through this right now.

I have 2.8/60 injectors. Love it, even tho my tune isnt finished I love it. Personally i wouldnt find a difference between 2.7 and 2.8, its .1 of an inch...not that much in difference. That being said, 2.8 is border line for needing cooling mods. I ran 2.8/60 during the summer with no cooling mods at all and the car ran fine. Just recently installed meth and h/e and changed the tune a tiny bit, not alot but i got timing moved up i think 4* with no knock. But since you dont have much cooling mods right now id say 2.8 is the best bet.

You're running a 2.6 and only a front mount?

I must know your IAT2's....

people just became very overly paranoid of running smaller pulleys without all cooling mods. you just need to compensate for it in your tune...and not do too many back to back pulls at once

Hm. That gets me reconsidering my performance plans for the year... Considering my car is a DD with the couple times a year track day, back to back passes are no concern to me. I just like to have a semi-speedy car.

I still want to know the temps though

I am tuned by 06black the best tuner to ever come across any cobalt. 06Black himself ran a 2.5 for years without anycooling mods what so ever just to give you an idea of how paranoid people are with cooling mods. However it isn't a bad idea to have the cooling mods just because you would rather be safe then sorry but like 06Black always says you don't need them if you have a good tune.

I also have the 2step colder plugs.
