I have the Vibrant header/dp with the high flow cat and I have a similar problem as the OP. It's starting to drive me nuts. I'm considering get a whole new exhaust though. I might do a full Hahn exhaust, we'll see...

Ok well i finally found it it was the cat the honey cone had come loose inside due to overheated exhaust caused by the check engine light (from the high flow cat) caused to run rice overheated expanded the pipe around the honey cone causing it to come loose.
Talked to hahn racecraft and they said i could buy a new one or punch out the old one, my only fear of punching out the old one is it getting too much of a ricer sound to it. After long debate last nite i did it and it's ALOT louder and still not sure on how i like the sound yet tho need to drive it some more.

I'm running a hahn header, zzp 3" downpipe, and the hahn cat back. It is definatley louder without the cat. And there is definatley more rasp because of it. I'm playing around with some idead to reduce the raspyness. My hahn high flow catted downpipe took a **** because apparently Hahns flex section + GM stage 2 = poopy.
