Hahn Turbo Swap
Ive had my eye on the hahn turbo setup for a while and it makes some impressive numbers. I was just wondering if i needed any other supporting mods for the level 5 kit and how reliable the kit is. I dont want my motor blowing up after i shell out 5 grand plus install for the kit.

I'd do this(my opinion):
-Hahn stage 4
-80lbs/hr injectors
-Custom tune
-Hahn 3" exhaust
-ACT Clutch
Optional:
-External wastegate (Tial)
-Hallman boost controller
Again, these are just my opinions.

I'll be piecing mine together over time. Most expensive part is the turbo. But, at least you guys with Cobalts can get charge piping that already fits. Ours is a little different.

Which is why most people put on the 2.2 alternator, tensioner and belt right? I would much prefer something like the RAW supercharger delete piece. But, from a company that is a little more on top of things as far as fabrication, customer service, etc.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
I can piece together a kit for just over/under $3k (depending on the Turbo of choice), and for a few hundred dollars, I will install/help install for anyone willing to come to me, or anyone that pays for me to come to them.

I SERIOUSLY doubt you are going to find any shop that can set that system up and tune it for a reasonable amount of money, with the exception of ZZP. You will have to pay for A LOT of tuning to get that thing running well if you go to a shop. I'd be willing to bet a lot of money on that.
The simplest, smartest, and least expensive option(s) you have... are to either Turbocharge the car... or bolt-on a TVS.
