it depends on what you want to spend, what size exhaust are you going with? 2.5 or 3?

Why?

You won't need 3 inch until like 325+ whp...all 3 in will do is not gain maximum performance...

Usually ceramic coating is nice especially if you're going with a header that isn't stainless steel.

no more 3" arguments, it doesn't hinder anything

365whp won't be attainable unless you replaced your pistons, cause your car would break

I have to say, the welds on CA Headers and Weapon-R headers are a bit sloppy, but at least they're strong and its nothing a few hours with a dremel didn't fix. There were more TIG welds on the weapon-r which were cleaner, it took a little longer to smooth out the CA header just right. Nice to get every bit of HP out of your components. I know GMP Manifold will be smooth because they've been honed and extruded, but i doubt it puts out as much HP or is as cheap as CA header.

Oh yeah, another plus for the GM Manifold is that you will be able to put that stock heatshield back on. There definitely was a lot of hot air going up into my engine bay due to the CA header, expecially since the ceramic coating burned off within two weeks.
might have missed it earlier, but heres what i thought. Its all opinion, but I'd say CA isn't the best quality, but its stainless (which is great) and it produces gains (which is undeniable) and its cheap.

Pistons and get rid of the blower altogether, but like I said...people are stuck on damn numbers so, like I said, good luck with your header bud!

Model - 1 3/4 ceramic coated -(larger primaries for HP and ceramic coat cause its not stainless)

Option 1 - Magnaflow cat - (most people like to keep emissions, plus it helps sound)

Option 2 - 304 stainless DP - (stainless is good, especially Header and DP)

Option 3 - 3" downpipe 3" bolt in - (no reason to keep it 2.5" if you're going to have 3" catback, and Bolt in because you probably don't want to weld it to your catback)

My personal choices if i were to pick, but it definitely adds up. With those picks, then it would probably be cheaper to go with a Long Tube CTI Header, which also produces great gains and is fully stainless with stepped primaries. Long Tube Link (ok, i checked and zzp with all options is about $609 and CTI is $650)

well, you can always cut off the flange from the DP and weld it up, that shouldn't be a problem.

I already have had that problem, and i cut off the downpipe which was welded to the catback and installed the new headers and installed 3" flanges and piping to mate the headers and catback together. (I have weapon-r header which extends and collects as far as the downpipe)

Alright i found what i want
No last question is

Can i re use my muffler if its already been welded onto a pipe?
Because i would have to cut the pipe from a 2.75
and put the muffler on the a 3inch..
is it possible?

this should work, just cut ur muffler a little further up the welded on pipe and then use an adapter piece that goes from 2.75 to 3" and weld it on there. u can find those adapter pieces at any auto parts store!

I'm confused, since the OP has already claimed over 400whp in other threads. But now he is saying he doesn't yet have a 2.79" pulley? Damn nubs thinking people on here don't know ****.

Oh, and everyone missed the Clear Image Tri-Y header. By far the best build quality.

Peace
