it seems that the ported throttle body picked up more down low, and carries the gains longer. The ported tbody picked up 20 down low. Makes me think the throttle body you posted is to big for the motor.

Ah ahhh..
Lets say I take my car to dyno A and put down 260whp. Then I go to dyno B and put down 220whp. Same setup, different results. That means that one or both dynos are giving incorrect numbers.
If I got back to dyno A with a new mod (lets say ported tb) and gain 10whp. Should I expect to gain 10whp on dyno B?

what your saying would absolutely be valid in a different conversation. All tests on the throttle body we did were done on the same dyno, same day...within hours. It could very well read high, or low..but that does not matter because we have a constant. So, if you are saying the dyno you posted was done on different dyno's on different days..or the guys at Rebal got bored and started driving around to every dyno in there area to come up with there results on a particular day..which is certainly doubtful, we are both comparing a gain seen, at a certain rpm range and power under the curve.

Im still torn about this, i can get either a ported throttle body for 100, or an LS4 for 100. I dont know which would be better in the long run. I was thinking about going TVS
