the eco's do own many records, all held previously by Honda's. None the less the point being that if Honda, as a whole company were to set out with its own development group with in the company and give it the budget that GM-R has, then those records would once again by owned by Honda.

having the backing of a multi-billion dollar company, that has its own internal segment dedicated to racing, makes braking records far more plausible then if you were to do it as a team, just like every Honda recored holder in the past.

this can all be simplified by saying the fallowing.

"if honda backed the teams like GM does now, the tables would be turned here.

he whom has the most cash, wins.
"

that should sound familiar.

because stg2 is sooooo fast.
Faster than ur vtec.

VTEC: All the lag without the boost

On the cash note, youre right. GM is much bigger and better than honda and acura. Take your econobox vtec and shove it.

some of you need to realize.. GM isnt dumping as much money in ecotec as you think.. and to have this motor already > then all the honda motors says something.. GM R&D is not in the 4-banger world so its sad honda is already getting its records owned...

GM can build a 850 hp NA V8 smallblack and turns 9000rpm constantly for hours on end... im not to worried how they will handle the 4-banger when they choose to actually but in quality time and effort and not just "tinkering"

no I didnt fail there. I know acura is owned by honda. Thus the SAME 2.0l vetec engine in both the RSX and the SI.

You completely missed my point. Why dont u put a chevy emblem on ur saturn? THATS RICE.

ACURA RSX WITH HONDA BADGES = THE SPECIAL RICER EDITION

no it's not that acura is OWNed by honda . . look at japan.. they'res no acura.. they're honda integra, honda rsx, honda csx... rice would be badging it something it's not... like a rs type r or gtr or skyline or z06.. but it is technically a honda rsx

i wouldn't put chevy emblems on my saturn because my car isn't made by chevy...

yup. Cuz driving a convertible cobra makes me feel really bad about my huge c**k. No one wants to drive convertible muscle cars, unless they have to make up for something...

How bout this, I wanted to upgrade from my SS/SC?? Does that make sense to you? Ill bet you would never tade your cobalt in for a corvette, or trans am, or cobra....

Ture. But I can't complain. I use to own a 2.0 N/A ZX2. Full bolted and engine built. Ran down mustangs all day long. pick up the balt. Did not want a import, because who has not done something with them.

I live in the US. Here, there is acura and honda, and they are separate car companies. I dont really care what they do in japan.

In the US, badging acura with honda = RICE, and badging honda with acura = RICE.

** correction on the chevy badges, you would use GM badging since you want to get technical.

Being a all motor N/A. What do most K20's redline at with high compression, and very aggresive cams

Ford makes good cars. I owned 2 escorts and they treated me very well. The escort is an awsome econo car. My first one had 146,000 miles on it, and ended up finally dying at about the 190,000 mile mark. When I had it, the only thing I had to do to is was resurface a head gasket, and of course routine stuff.

I can get a t-turbo kit from hellion for 6k. Makes 1600+ horses. The dyno chart they have posted makes 1200 horses.

And yes I do know the acura line dull child. In fact they did away with their mistake RSX.

put the M62 on the RSX-S and can u say REBUILD? Well, different engine setup from the factory anyways. And it would be more expensive than the SS/SC. Cant do a high compression engine with the SC, unless you want to pay lots.
