Well ebristol made a good list, and Mr.B gave good advice. To me just to have the car in "running form" get the zzp S3 just bc its a package deal. I would do 2.5 pulley tho with meth injection an then get a retune. Same Mods vs Same Mods the winning factor will always be the tune. Id buy the stuff that would have the biggest impact on my tune tho first. Like the manifold spacer, option b and dual pass plate are good to have but deff not make or break with me. I buy reputable intake, standard meth kit nuthn fancy(boost actvt switch), avg priced header/dp combo(catless), S3 H/E, Ngk tr6 or 7 plugs, Gm stg 2 Belt, oversized tensioner pulley, #60's, 2.5 or 2.4 pulley(need blower spacer for this pulley it helps) ...yes a 2.4!!! Port blower inlet, An then Go tune the hell outa it and make power!!

Yes you can send your PCM off to get tuned.
Last time I got a tune,
I got my car Dynoed, then sent my pcm off with the dyno data to the tuner.
I Plan on sending my PCM off again to get re-tuned, as im upgradeing from 42# injectors to 60# injectors.

Use this thread to find a local tuner to help you out. ZZP makes good stuff to get started. But you will need a good tune to get the most of the setup you are looking for.

heres the deal people scream cooling mods coolings mods well they dont get that we are dealing with 4 laminova cores that were meant to support up to 210hp to maybe 250hp max and id sa 250hp is pushing it all the cooling mods are going to do is help recovery time thats it the coolest your probably going to see your iat2s maintain at best is 120 to 130deg thats as good as its gonna get and that is with a griffen racing heat exchanger john powel swears by them next your gonna hear e85 some will try to tell you that e85 is a cooling mod well it isent and yes i it does lower combustion temps but it does nothing to help lower iat2s e85 is octane and nothing more and blower cars love octane you can expect 20 to 40hp over 93 pump and you can realy ramp the timing in on e also as for canned tunes why get a retune if your happy with the performance if your not throw your car on a trailer and take it to a repuatable tuner and get it retuned as for pully size some will say oh your gonna over spin the blower and damge it well there is a difference between max blower speed and sustained blower speed im sure you can figure that out water meth injection it is a good way to help lower and control iat2 temps and add a little octane into the engine the water acts as a coolant and also helps keep detonation at bay by lowering iat2 temps and also cooling the combustion process the methenol adds octane to help fight detonation people on e85 can benifit from this also by keeping the blower cooler if you spray enough water meth you can ramp the timing pretty hard also

Ill give you the correct info..
You dont have to have any cooling mods what so ever, but it helps with consistency of cooling and keeping iat2s down along with the lasting effect of the heat soak. zzp Makes the single pass intake manifold which is a great option Which is somthing id go with along with 60 lbs injectors and harness 2.7-2.8 pulley a larger tensioner pulley, A s3 heat exchanger, And id get a cai or short ram intake if you dont have one. You need a exaust as well. If your sticking with the m62 a 2.5 is fine but youll need to go catless for safety purposes and itll flow alot better.

Well no coolings mods? S3 heat exchanger is a cooling mod. but i get you. how much is the single pass manifold? so most people are saying that if i go with 2.7-2.8 then i need header/DP? And the larger tensioner pully, doesnt ZZP have a tensioner over the larger pully and smaller belt? which is a better option? I hear catless is really loud? Can i add the exhaust later?
A dual pass IM and Phenolic IM spacer = $200
S3 HE and Single Pass IM = $620.
A larger tentioner pulley requires you to mod the tentioner bracket.

Its not worth the hassle. Pay a little extra for GMS2 belt.
If you go with a catless dp your car will sound like ****.

Like everyone has said if you go cat-less your car will sound like ****! But you can find a combination of resonator and muffler and it will not sound that bad. I would also agree with getting the dual pass and the spacer. ZZP stage 2 kit is not a bad idea either, thats what I decided to go with. I would recommend with going with the GMS2 smaller belt, but make sure it is genuine. Hope that helps. Also remember when modding you are going to need a wide-band and having an interceptor wouldn't hurt either

so less money spent means money spent better? Really... So when you gonna wise up and actually post a correct post. A single pass will let heat soak vanish wuicker and itll build less heatsoak. So money well spend. Get the phenolic spacer even better and then throw a s3 at it even better. Ops wanting a good parts list not a parts list for someone who is cheap... BTW your making my day better. Lmfao great Sig. Great. Oh btw did you read above. Great way to support our vendors! ........... Ignorance at its best..
Cooling mods are important. Your money is better spent on a dual pass end plate and Phenolic IM spacer instead of a Single Pass IM and S3 Heat Exchanger.

S3 HE and Single Pass IM = $620.
