For the radiator.. It's on the passenger side.. I'm sorry, I read it incorrectly. The LSJ DOES NOT have a drain for the H/E system.. Only a bleeder valve which is accessed by removing the driver-side headlight.

This. Turn the car on, take off the cap, you'll see coolant bubbling/sloshing around. If it's just chillin there, it's dead.

I'm not sure.. That is strange, but a blown head gasket would not turn the H/E system's coolant milky. Two different systems. There is no possibility that it could see oil, that I am aware of.

That means the system has pressure and you just relieved it.

Ok so I'm pretty sure mines is out, the coolant just sits there. Any other things to check before buying a new ic.

I here the buzz sound coming from the engine bay, IC pump is ok. but color scars me out...

Any final diagnose before opening my engine and replacing a head gasket???.. and if it was a blown head gasket...it shouldn't be brownish like oil color??

cruising iat2 should be 20*ish above ambiant temp. in your pics the engine coolant color looks good in the res. the oil seams fine. now the s/c coolant looks funky. it looks like you mixed the wrong coolant with dex-cool. if u mix the wrong stuff it will foam up.

How to by area 47. Flush and fill the IC system.

Also going to add, if the car has a stock or GM tune the pump will NOT kick on unless the engine is running.

since you said you cant get dex-cool, id say take a hose end off the heat exchanger (middle radiator ,under car) empty as much into a container. then put a garden hose into the filler neck (infront of the s/c) and flush as much out as possible. then re-fill with 1 kind of 50/50 coolant.

Its on the passenger side below the intake manifold (a little bit to the side). It has a steel bracket. Or just following intercooler hosing system. You should find it

In all seriousness, locate the pump and wack it with a rubber mallet a few times, then check it again. I had to do this to mine and it fixed it. I am guessing the brushes get buildup on them and hitting it with a hammer breaks the stuff loose.

As far as the pump goes... you can check it with the car off. Just pull the relay and use a jumper wire and jump the pins (82 and 30.. or sumtin like that), you'll hear the pump running then...
