what? im tryin to reduce the sound obviously the less re
trictive the louder the sound..if u want more noise go with a magna flow straight thru muffler and losing the catalyst will give you more sound too doubt changing ur stock cata to magna one will make much sound diff.

I personally have a very very large resonator. I have a 36 inch long glass pack for a resonator. I get nothing but compliments on my exhaust and recommend it to everyone.

thats cause u have a glasspack...they dont absorb as much sound....a vibrant/magnaflow resonator at 14' will probably do the same thing a 32' glasspack
the absorbtion material are completely different...

yes....cause i believe theres a sensor in the cat...

I NEED TO KNOW THE SIZE OF INLET/OUTLET OF THE RESONATOR IF I HAVE A 2.5' PIPE!! AM I SUPPOSE TO GET SOMETHING SMALLER SO DURING WELDING IT WOULD FIT

theres no sensor in the cat.. its just an o2 post cat to check for cat effiency.. so if you dont have a cat it thinks your cat **** the bed.. the o2 pre cat is on the header

it judges the air quality after the exhaust passes threw your cat... hence if you dont have one it thinks your current cat or lack of it is malfunctioning
