when i take the belt off, i always put it towards the drivers side instead of pulling it right off.
it keeps some tension on the belt to avoid it flopping around and slipping off the other pullies while i throw the new pully on.
then its just a matter of sliding it back over the pully and im done.
done it so many times its like a 5 minute job now.
maybe ill go whip up a video for this.

If you're having a hard time with the pulley bolts........grab a hold of the pulley with a strap wrench (that'll prevent it from moving at all) & then try a longer ratchet/breaker bar to give you more leverage to get the bolts off--make sure the bit is in the bolt securely or else you'll strip it.
Have a buddy help you if possible
I haven't tried it and won't need to since there isn't Loc-Tite on my Stage 2 bolts, but it's just logic

Something i havnt hear from anyone is clearance when taking the pulley off. Unless you take the S/C off(which maybe you guys have been), there isnt much room to work with unbolting the pulley.. but once again, I have yet to really give it a try so hopefully it isnt as bad as it looked at my first glance

I watched the tech (Tim @ Saturn of Clarkston) put the pulley on with a ratchet & GM socket with the supercharger on the engine & he had plenty of room to work and took him 1 minute.
Concerning the limited room to work....I don't know how it would really be any different with taking it off???
Unless you have a HUGE ratchet or something or the Redline just a TONS of clearance....I dunno.
But then again.....an0malous just uploaded that video showing him swapping a pulley with the blower on the car
But worst case scenario....just take the blower off & do it that way. It's only a few extra steps (4 bolts for blower & some connections & the clamps for the air box tube)
And did you have a huge breaker bar for good leverage???
