Rarest I can think of would be an '07 Blue Flash Metallic SS S/C with G85. Since that color came in later on I don't think you'd find it with the gunmetal wheels or recaros.

ALOT...i think white is the most uncommoc ss/sc color. I could be wrong on that tho. The '07 year for cobalt ss/sc didn't last long either. They stopped production in like april '07 or something like that preparing for the t/c model. Blue is not a very uncommon color amongst us cobalts

Heres some of the rarest of the rare:
Wunsick's old car:
I've actually seen a 2.4SS sedan in this color on here once, which is ever rarer, but I can't remember the user's name.
Acey's 2.4SS:
Both are MUCH rarer than any SS/SC out there........

I've seen 3 or 4 of them around where I work.
Other way around. Arrival Blue was only available for about 7 months. They discontinued it for ordering at the end of 2005 for the remainder of the 06 model year (model years start midway through the previous calendar year). Laser Blue was available for all of 06 and most of 07, but like Arrival it had previously been available on other models (Impala, TrailBlazer of note)
I think he means he has an 07 Blue Flash SS/SC, don't know about G85.

He's talking about Cobalts, not overall. Cavalier does not equal Cobalt. On the Cobalts, Laser was a VASTLY more common color.

it is not .... i have only seen one other laser blue ss/sc in my area other than mine. i have seen plenty arrivial blue ones .... and i kno he was talking about cobalts. get the actual production numbers then we will know for sure. it all comes down to we drive cobalts .... they are not rare. Maybe some color combos are rare, but as a car far from it.

Your not gonna get any rarer than the two Cobalts I posted up.....which everyone seems to have overlooked. Majestic Amethyst Cobalt SS's and Granite Blue Metallic Cobalt SS's are as rare as they come.

Rarest SS/SC, that I know of, is an '06 Arrival Blue w/ G85, no sunroof. Hell, even my car is rare for the model year, because not many '05's came w/ G85. So for '05, mine's up there.
But so what if it's a rare color/option combo. Someone have production numbers for all 2005-2007?
And people seem to be forgeting that different geographic location may mean higher concentration of a particular color. There aren't many yellow ss/sc's around here, but that doesn't mean they are rare. There are NO Arrival Blue's near me, but in northern ohio are more ABM than my VR
And we weigh less than you, you sedans lol.
Can I punch your hood bro? Bet that'd dent

Im sorry but a Cobalt will never be a collectors car. Not even in 20 years... hell look at the old Z24's... those were the Cobalt SS's back in the day and they aren't even CLOSE to becoming a collectors car.
Sorry.
Sorry.

I bought my car 4 months after they quit production of the SS/SC, wich june 07 was the last month they made them. July was the shutdown...As i was told by the dealership
The car is an 07 Yellow SS/SC with the yellow accent interior, G85, No onstar, No sunroof,Polished wheels,High rise spoiler.
Had a friend who works at the dealership pull the cars info....He printed it out so now i have the info on paper, kinda cool to have....
The build date is 06/15/2007
Build plant 177A
Order number KZGKXH
Kinda cool that my car was one of the few last built IF and depending on the production numbers and the final shutDown date in that month......
Can anybody confirm the Shutdown date for the SS/SC ??????
