I absolutely have to know if what Im gonna do is correct!
Hello guys,
Im gonna install an AEM wideband this afternoon and Im wondering if I can plug the 12V wire in parrallel with:
1.The stock boost gauge 12V wire
2.The Interceptor gauge 12V wire
The reason why I would like to do this is because easy of access, all together, those wires would be behind the gauge pod. But Im wondering if three 12V wires together will be too much (overheating the wire which goes from the 12V source to the place where the 3 wires will be linked together)
I hope you understand...
Thanx for letting me know fastly because I would like to do this in like one hour!

what gauge is the wiring? i ran all 3 of my gauges, boost, wideband, and oil temp off a 12gauge wire fine...never had issues...althought if you draw too much power u may blow a fuse, if you wanna be safe, tap into another fuse in the box....ign fuse, wiper fuse...fuel pump...all are good switched sources for pwr, i use the wiper and ign for mine

all the wires would be linked to the stock gauge 12V wire.
You know what? I know what Im gonna do... Im gonna simply disconnect the other gauges and use only the wideband one. So Im gonna be able to use the 12V wire which was the one, which was connected on the stock boost gauge. Et voilà!! Just for a temporary installation...
