I would love to have iat2's around 160-170 during fairly hard driving in Phoenix when its "hot " out. I have no additional cooling mods right now , but right after I got my current setup installed, it was 116-118 that day, my iat2's were approaching 180-185 ....

Update for all those who have given advice:

Drove to work this morning in 86 degree weather, IAT2's did not get past 104 :-) after a 3rd gear pull, they went right back down into the low 100's.

I replaced the pump, redid the tubing using a few pre-molded 90 degree bends in places (saving about 2 ft of tubing) and put in a 1/4 -> 1/8 in barb as a restrictor in the bleed line. Obviously, fluid is still running through the line, and I plan on getting a 1/16th in barb to put in there to fix this. (No parts store here carried them, so I'll order off the net). However, the system now seems to work as it should.

Thanks for all of the advice!

Trav - your car sounds like how mine was. 180 IAT2s caused me to start getting low KR readings, so watch it when you get that hot - low acceleration. My system is running very well now. I would be more than happy to show it off/help with yours in any way I can.
