Same as stock except you remove the bottle neck and put a t-fitting where the bottle neck was. Run a hose from your opt b to the open nipple on the t-fitting. Dont know how to create a diagram and post it on here.

I often wonder if my pump has a problem given the extreme heat issues my car has always had, however whenever I turn the key forward with the car off it always has run every time so unless its something that occurs only with the car running I cant explain it

Thanks man. See me being an cheap wad lately I decided to make my own. I have an extra coolant tank and just need to know where the lines run and such. If You can give me a couple pics of the option b and where you guys are running the lines that would be great.

Those are the lines for the Opt. B surge tank.

The light blue is the bleeder line.

The red is for connecting the surge tank to the cooling system.

If you dont have a dual pass, those are the only lines you have to worry about.

Where is that light blue bleeder tube going? Looks like somewhere near the cores or the intake?

To the top of the stock heat exchanger.

It should have the brass fitting with 0.040" reducer in it as well.

That's where I thought it was going but looked funny on the diagram.
