Idle fuel pressure?

Does anyone know what the idle fuel pressure on the ss/sc would be? I did some searching and the only thing I could come up with is and im not totally sure if it is correct or not. "At idle on our cars are normally around 50 psi and about 56 under load . Gm states anywhere from 45 - 60 psi all depends on load and what not" Is there anyone that would be able to verify that information for me that would be great.
